MATHEMATICAL MODELING OF REGULATORIKA OF ENERGY PROCESSES AT TRANSFERING INFORMATION

The article deals with mathematical modeling of energy processes regulatorika based on the concept of energy ORASTA, consisting of an operator-regulator (OR) capable of receiving, storing, processing and transmitting energy and an active information environment for regulation with a time constant (active system with time averadge - ASTA ), which makes it possible to implement a feedback loop in the system in a finite time. The identification of various regulatory mechanisms for the reproduction and storage of energies of information flows gives grounds for hope for the possibility of creating fundamentally new energy carriers.
